Press release:

In April, it was announced that Teige Gruppen had entered into an agreement with Holstad Eiendomsutvikling to lease warehouse facilities at Hareid. The company is now preparing for both relocation and further growth, and has hired two new warehouse employees; Ole Magnor and Vetle Bevre.

Ole Magnor is originally from Oslo, and has now moved to Haddal to take up the position of Warehouse Manager at Westing. He brings with him valuable experience in warehousing and logistics, including from Sport Holding. With a focus on structure, efficiency and teamwork, he will lead the work to further develop the warehouse operations and ensure good flow in goods handling.

Vetle Bevre from Ulsteinvik is also a new employee in the warehouse team, and started this week as a new warehouse employee at the warehouse in Fosnavåg. Bevre will contribute to the daily work at the warehouse and become an important part of the team that ensures that customers receive their goods quickly, safely and efficiently.

- We are in an exciting phase with both the relocation of warehouses and the introduction of systems to rationalize operations and increase the degree of automation. The goal is to create a more efficient and future-oriented logistics structure that provides better overview, faster handling and higher precision in deliveries. With two new colleagues in place, we are well equipped to carry out the relocation while maintaining high quality in our deliveries, says Westing Logistics Manager, Dan Espen Sande.

The relocation process with the establishment of a new warehouse at the former Ekornes factory in Hareid will start in August and is expected to be in operation by the end of September.
